Pharmacy absolutely poor at service. I have problems every month filling my scrip. I’m not scared to say that I understand my Tylenol 4 is a controlled substance but it’s always a run around. I wish I could use a mom and pop pharmacy but military insurance sucks due to the fact they only want to deal with big pharmacy stores. At this Walgreens you try automatic phone refill and it says a time script will be filled then when you check status that order doesn’t exist. Then trying to get someone on the phone is an absolute waste of time literally. They put you on hold and pick up multiple times only to be placed on hold again then for them to pick up and hang up on you. Another time I was given the run around that the pharmacist was still reviewing my prescription and finally when I got someone on the phone two days later she said they were out of the medicine and had no idea when they were getting it back in stock. I could have transferred my medication to another Walgreens that had it in stock instead of going without pass my refill date. Absolutely feel like I’m at the mercy of this God forsaken non compassionate place. They do not deserve one star but that’s the lowest I could go. I’m going to see about just transferring to another Walgreens with better customer service ?

Horrible It took nearly an act of Congreve to get my meds refilled They filled it the month prior but, this time the rude lady said she didn’t know the medication and had never filled it thereThankfully, I had the bottle to show her different The pharmacist, who wasn’t there 3 minutes ago, suddenly appeared It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my meds HorribleI have military insurance It’s difficult to find a pharmacy that takes it but I’d rather pay out of pocket than go back there
