I have had constant issues with this location over the past year. Mail not being delivered because they claim the "trash can is in the way", packages being left at the road or in the rain rather than brought to the accessible house if they don't fit in the mailbox, per policy, or just flat out never delivered. We even installed a box at the fence for all mail/package services to use, if items can't fit in the mailbox, and they can't even be bothered to lift the lid to place anything inside. Then when you call to inquire about missing packages that say delivered but are nowhere in site, they are rude or never get back with you.
Pictures are just a few examples of the incompetence that seems to be running rampant at this location.

What a disgrace this postal service is?Not only did they lie to me about where they dropped my package off they also kept me on hold for 2 hours and never came back to the phone nor did they answer when I called back 10 times ....the mail carrier lied and the operator Cynthia is just a sad individual cause why do that ro somebody ... But I bet if it was their package they wouldnt stop until they found it... It's really sad that we can't even trust the mail carriers to do what they get paid to do ... They are very careless and heartless might I add... This here makes me not what to order nothing ever again with these sorry sap suckers ... and I hope this review touches them in the worst way cause that's exactly how I meant it sorry sobs... Oh and they got 1 star cause I had to press something... This is not the first time that this has happened and I'm sure not the last so they need to do something about this cause it's really sad

I don't know where they get workers specifically to disrespect the ups name. First off they have cut99%of mail off. Notified SS that I no longer live here which is a lie. If they had not contacted me my money would have been cut out. Even my book for church. They get the mail hold on to it until they get ready to give it to u. Kept my SS yearly notice for 30 days. My neighbor just received Xmas card yesterday. People have been complaining but its still going on. No post mark stamp. How many have paid the price for their disregard of our civil rights. Bills not paid packages they never receive God knows what else they have done in the dark.

They deliver when they want they to lazy to walk down my package so if it don't fit in mailbox I don't ever get it and I don't have a car to go to post office the people is really rude that work there

These people are disrespectful of your time, disorganized, and I've honestly never seen such a lack of care from a company that works for US since our orders, stamps, etc pay for their jobs. How is it that this lack of customer service and respect is allowed in any company in the USA anymore, I just don't understand.

Today I placed mail in my mailbox for the carrier to pick up, the flag was up and mail stamped. It was a substitute, she put the flag down and put mail on top of the mail I was sending out. It’s always a problem when our regular carrier is out.

Worst post office in the local area. If not one of the worst. Definitely avoid this one if you’re in a hurry.

In the past month ive had 2 orders disappear from amazon also have one stating it cant be delivered due to weather the only weather is its a little cool they will not bring anything to my door and a present for Christmas for my 12 year old is running late i dont even know if it will be here for Christmas i have never had these types of problems with mail and ive lived in a tiny town without a post office before i dont understand how this can happen without someone coming to clean up this branch

Typical lazy mail carrier. Too lazy to walk up one flight of stairs. And before anyone says she might have a "medical problem etc" mail carriers typically are in decent shape plus all you do is handle mail and packages. They make you sign a paper during employment that states " i am able to lift 10 pounds or more or capable of doing so". Calling her supervisor wont serve you any purpose. They dont give a care either. But maybe corporate will see this. And this was happening before covid before someone blames a shortage of workers.

Absolutely horrible mail service, THE worst. Constantly getting running late packages, that never come. At this point I think the people working here steal items as part of their job itinerary.
