extremely unprofessional!!! my fiancée applied here and they had orientation one day and promised to call her back and never did. it has been almost three weeks since her original start date and all that has happened is just her calling and being told that they would call her back. she has worked at this UPS prior so they obviously don't want to rehire past employees. save your time and apply to other places ! i would leave negative stars if i could but i can not so one star.

extremely unprofessional supervisors. Ms. Mary is very rude and she does not try to be helpful to new hires. I have been waiting to begin work at this location since the 13th of November and still it has been nothing but back and forth phone tag with the supervisors! don't apply here !

Can I give them six stars? In spite of a delay at the airport, my wonderful UPS team not only held my package (a long awaited birthday present for my son) but were amazing. Rod, Mrs. Cathy, and all of the team were friendly, personable, happy, efficient, and knowledgeable. I think they are the most valuable assets UPS has and a wonderful group of people. They do go above and beyond!

Worst service EVER!!! I called to have a package picked up from my disabled mother and sent to myself. I was told the driver would bring a label and address it. The driver showed up very rude, without a label. She tried to give him the address and he refused to take it. He grabbed the package and said "I don't have time for this." I called the 800 number and they had the shipping hub there call me the next day. I gave the lady whom I spoke with the address and she gave me the tracking number. almost a week later still no package. I called again and she wrote the address wrong and now I'm being told it can't be delivered and I have to drive an hour to pick it up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for an hour until I was disconnected. This is completely unprofessional and I will NEVER use them again! I can't even get a refund.

Doesn't have scanner to ship packages. Closest UPS Store is on Ambassador Caffery by Albertsons close to Youngsville.

UPS just knocked on my door, didn’t wait for me to answer and delivered someone else’s package at my house. I have having an awful time on the phone trying to speak with someone. I’m not sure who this package belongs to, but it definitely doesn’t belong to me. UPS needs to come and pick this package up and their drivers need to pay attention.
