I had saw vehicle I have been wanting on thier site but was at work, could not get to them, but did not want to lose out on the vehicle since seems no other dealership close had one I wanted. And got straight to I want it, I'm buying it, let's get started not even caring about price; When I called I was connected to Mr. Guillory and he walked me through the whole process and helped me purchase the vehicle via online and phone. Mr. Guillory was professional and courteous even with my multiple questions. Mr. Guillory kept in contact with me and explained everything as was happening. When I was not able to travel to pick up the vehicle, Sterling arranged to have the vehicle delivered to me so I had it the next day along with the paperwork. Their finance manager even explained the paperwork to me over the phone as I went through and signed it. And I feel they did not add anything extra to get more money since I didnt even care about price and gave me all the discounts they could. I am VERY pleased with the team at Stearling and appreciate their work, effort, and willingness to assist my needs.

Mr. Stephen Guillory is very knowledgable, honest, helpful and was easy to work with. He kept me posted every step of the way, just as if I was there in person
Mr. Dean Patin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with warranties and explained ever paper I signed. I drove from over an hour away and everything was waiting for me to be signed when I arrived. Will definitely point all my friends, family and coworkers to Sterling.
