This is the absolute worst car dealership in Louisiana. Please do not purchase a car from them. They actually scammed me and did not disclose the MANY issues with my 2020 Jeep Renegade. Within 2 months of owning the car, it stalled on me as I was driving on the interstate and it literally almost killed me. Me and my attorney have called them over 20 times and they have not once gotten back to me. NOT ONCE! 3 other issues emerged this week.
I was sold the car without a wiper fluid tank, stripped hazard risk tires, TORN BATTERY CONNECTORS and messed up sensors. My life has been in immediate danger several times since I purchased this 4 year old car.
To any employee or manager reading this, do better. Disclose serious issues with your cars before you get sued.

In the market, for a NEW vehicle.. A 2024-2025 Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator… Also, had in mind, to trade my 2013 Kia Sportage Ex, with 38,000 miles, in immaculate condition, for a new model… However, back in 2013 when I purchased the Sportage, one of the offers was Free Oil changes, for the life of ownership… NOW, that offer is no longer an option… THEREFORE, I will NOT be buying from Sterling again..,

It's been nearly 3 years since I been trying to get Kia to approve a recalled vehicle, not a vehicle I damaged. I went to the dealership at the beginning of the recall. The Service Manager, at the time, wanted to keep my vehicle overnight and perform a test. I informed him that I used my car as a work vehicle. He mentioned that it wasn't his problem. I did know that the vehicle was burning 4 qts. of oil every 1,000 miles. I attempted the same situation again and I was shut down again. It was the same answer. Time goes on and I have a vacation week. I drop the vehicle off the 3rd time and a new Service updated the Service Manager and he did find the information on the computer. I go check my mileage and it was a little over 100,000 miles. He asserted that the they could not perform anything because I was at the end of the warranty period. Now, I've spent money on extra repairs as a result of oil shooting out into the spark plug area. Currently, I have a dead vehicle that I am currently paying on. Thanks Kia

I was a standby, and I analyze things for future references, but what I notice, besides just going for yourself. Sales rep do their best to get you what you want, not the managers. Then managers talk about the customers. Yeah I'm good on y'all. You should not be spending your money with a company that's not operating to meet satisfaction always. Not whenever.. Plus, no diversity. I find it funny you got nothing but black folks working used cars. Just don't be blind people.

This is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from Sterling Automotive and have been pleased with all three. Great service and friendly. Bought in Opelousas and Lafayette. Ryan and Ron were great to work with.

Ryan Gary was great helping me find a vehicle I liked. He is very nice and listens to what you are looking for. I was on the website looking on Sunday and Monday morning he reached out via phone and email. The location is very clean and the employees are all smiling, this says a lot for a business, most times I walk into a business and there are very few smiling faces. I spent most of the weekend on different websites and visited a few places. You can't beat the prices that Sterling Kia offers for the quality of the vehicles, price, low mileage & year of vehicle. I have always been a Toyota girl but I was quickly impressed with Sterling Kia. I look forward to doing business with them.
