Murphy gas station needs to start giving free items. Their employees are asking customers if they want their change it's no reason for them to not have change to give back to paying customers. The one star is only so I can post this review.

Was. So disappointed with your services yesterday , many customers besides myself went to your store for fuel and come to find out because someone didn’t up date your website, saying your out of one of your best selling product…, if your website had been updated I would have went else where …poor management…

Went at 940pm yesterday 5-6-23. Got $50 in gas but couldn't use the restroom because I was told it was closed for the night by the cashier with an attitude. So I had to go to waffle house in the same parking lot and use their restroom without a purchase. Very frustrating when as a grown man I need to use restroom and can't.

It never fails every time I stop here and ask to use the restroom I'm always told it's out of order and tonight was no different. Does the Health department know about this ? How bout upper management? It can't be out of order on every vi s it I've made here for the last 8 r 9 months. Get rid of the non productive , lazy people sucking your business dry and get somebody with a tiny bit of work ethic. I ll sell you gas & take your money but my facilities are just imaginary. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place and their abrasive personalities and Disrepect to customers 01/04/202÷ 7 25 pm

It hasn't failed in weeks , everytime lately that I pull in for gas, I have to park behind someone in a lane and wait to be next. But when I leave its no longer busy and there are multiple open gas lanes. I wonder what that message is.I pay at the pump fuel up and on my way; Unless I want lottery tickets then I have to go inside the store. Clerks have always been pleasant here. So no complaints. And I'm a Murphy Member so everytime I get gas there I put in my cell number and accumulate points that I get to use for 10 cents off a gallon when I my points total 100. Just now I saved 10 cents a gallon. It was 3.06 and I payed 2.96 a gallon. So thats always nice.

The manager said that they closed at 7 p.m. I made it to the store at 6:40 to gather a few items, only to discover that the worker had already shut the store down, an entire 20 minutes early. I'm extremely displeased with the service there. Thanks a lot.
