My Grandfather loves y’all’s casino! He is treated like family there! Every time he’s not home 9/10 i can find him at luckys! A few times I’ve been there one of the workers named Kendra has checked on him. She knows what he drinks, she knows that he’s diabetic and he can’t have too many pops and she empties his ashtray when she passes… i know he’s in good hands if she’s working!

Brought card in for cashier to turn pump on, 2 days later get a text about fraudulent charges on card, after looking at statement found 4 additional charges at this truck stop totaling $490. Be careful folks. Since then got a card requiring driver Id.

cashier on evening shift was awesome. cooked us hamburgers and treated us like family. wife and I were very impressed with her hospitality and people skills. management you need every employee to be hardworking and professional like her.

I felt uncomfortable here this morning at the casino. I sat down to play machines, and a lady in a yellow tshirt , that works there started asking me personal questions about myself, like my age, where do I live and and whom do I work for, where I'm from and basically ruining my enjoyment. Who wants to be interrogated when they sit down to enjoy themselves?

The girl working behind the counter today was so rude. She was on her phone gossiping with a personal call during our entire transaction. It's just common sense not to do that when you're helping a customer.
