Don't order online and go pick up, they couldn't find what I ordered. Then when I called a week later looking for my stuff they said they had it. Went up there to pick it up told they had to go get it from the back, came back 45 mins later said they can't find it. Never again!

Lowe's in Opelousas is my favorite one. Customer service is excellent and most of the employees are knowledgeable or they at least know the ones that are.

I called to see if a carpet was in stock and they told me to call back in an hour because weretoo busy to check!? The floor section sucksass in opelousas anyway. Then one girl refused. To give e an estimate. It was ridiculous.

The best customer service experience in a Lowe's location. Workers are extremely helpful and kind. Shirhonda was such a wonderful helper! Our baby was amazed by her too. Mrs Karen, Mrs Shayla, Demitria, Peaches.. and others were also kind and willing to make our shopping experience pleasant and easier. I will recommend this Lowe's location to anyone!!
