The absolute dirtiest Hampton Inn I’ve ever been to. Room floors and hallways were disgusting, stained and dirty. Significant mold/mildew smell coming from air vents.

I would have given this hotel two stars but the staff were all super nice and accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were ok, pretty dated with lots of repairs needed. My main issue is my room was very dirty. The floors were dirty. The shower curtain was dingy and clearly had not been washed in quite a while. There was mold on the walls and the hallways and elevators were dirty/stained. The tub floor was a dingy brown. There was no trash can liner in the rusted trash can.
There were lots of neglected repairs. The towel hooks were missing, there were holes in the walls, lots of shoddy trim work, the wallpaper was coming off the walls and the blinds didn't close.
Breakfast was waffles, french toast sticks, spicy sausage, old gelatinous eggs, and some toast, bagels, etc. The juice machine was broken, there was no butter or syrup for the waffles, no lids for the coffee cups, no toppings for the oatmeal, etc. So it was not great.

For the amount that we paid, you would think hand soap would have been available in the room. Rooms look very outdated for a new hotel

Floors dirty, bathroom had been used, pink mold growing in shower. Very disappointing. Bed was comfortable. Supplies were not restocked for second night and room not cleaned even though we requested, they only replaced towels. They even removed the battery in the smoke detector.
Noteworthy details: Took photos. Do not recommend.

Best Hampton Inn we have stayed at in YEARS. Every single staff member we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Very professionally managed, most friendly and accommodating staff made this one of the best Hampton Inn stays we ever had!
Rooms: Sanitary, clean rooms, microwave and fridge that don't come standard at all Hamptons now days. Comfortable, quiet stay.
Walkability: Walmart located within short walking distance with Subway and other choices within Walmart strip malls.

Nice place poor location. We came here for the Jim Bowie Livestock Show and had 3 trucks broke into busting out back glass. One camera on the place and its looking straight ahead. Needs more cameras!!! Or I will not come back next year. Also was told this same thing happened last weekend at this site.

Zero ventilation in the rooms. Stayed 2 nights for a wedding and every minute we were in the room we coughed all night . Suffered sore throats and runny noses . This is a clear sign of poor ventilator and poor air quality where mold and bacteria grow . We grew sicker by the minute . Remote was covered with food stains and sticky . Stay was miserable . And breathing in poor quality bacteria filled air and furniture I Cant recommend.

Digital key didn't work and they were not able to give us a working key card. No apologies from staff and it was like no big deal.

The room was clean. The breakfast area was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff we interacted with were very nice!
I do agree with another person's reviews in regards to the elevator. It was "sketchy".

The nicest people around! Every time I call, front desk person is so polite and accommodating that’s I would drive extra 10 minutes just to stay there. Breakfast is always hot and delicious. Rooms are specious and clean. We travel a lot, so it’s good to know there are hotels like that around. Special “Thank you” to the amazing staff!

Staff was not helpful. I asked to have my room checked daily because I was staying for a month. General manager lied to me about making sure my room was cleaned daily. My truck was broken into while at this motel. I would recommend not ever staying at this
