I really dont want to give you a single star! I spent more than $140.00 the day before Thanksgiving. I'm a disabled veteran and I couldn't use their dressing room. I brought 4 skirts that were in the wrong spot. So none of them fit me. I call to get resolution and manager, Lindsey says They have no refund or exchange policy. She said if I purchased and changed my mind about purchase on their parking lot, I could have exchange...Well why you lying Lindsey. You just said you have no return policy. Sounds like a return policy that is NOT POSTED. GOODWILL, you're supposed to be veteran friendly but you're clearly not. All you guys care about is making money off people. You will never profit from me again. And I'm posting to Facebook and Instagram.

They locked the bathrooms and the dressing rooms and said we were not allowed to use either, the staff is not interested in selling anything, surely management doesn’t approve of this.
