Friendly service, but you need to have your package already ready to go with label and everything in order for them to take it. Also they do not ship to armed forces addresses.

I received a package this morning that apparently was a surprise from a friend out of state, and I only discovered it, sitting on top of the trashcan, because I went out to the mailbox. FedEx needs to do better when delivering, especially during this time of year.
