We found this place on one of our outings. It’s great the owners are fun so are the workers! Food fantastic. I had the fried pig tails ( awesome) and boudin balls. Their smoked sausage was great I brought home some to freeze for gumbos and beans a definite regular stop for us now.

First time trying Boudain OR cracklings, & wow, YUM!! Stopped here on a road trip from Wisconsin & it was definitely worth a detour! The young lady working the counter was also so friendly & sweet, thank you for adding to our trip memories! 100% recommend.
