These guys are like a NASCAR pit crew, lightning fast!! I pulled in, and in less than 15 minutes they jacked up my car, removed the spare tire, replaced a broken valve stem and sensor in a different tire, installed the tire with the new stem, and wrenched the spare back into place under the car. The speed of service blew me away! They were upfront about pricing, and the cost of the repair was less than expected.

I'm a wedding photographer from Lake Charles and was scheduled for a 10 hour wedding day in Opelousas. I travel out of town frequently for weddings, and anything happening with my car that would prevent me from getting to my clients is my biggest nightmare.
Well, on a very busy Friday afternoon, I unfortunately got a flat as soon as I got into town. My clients for this wedding are local to the area and suggested I brought my car to Al's. I called them up and let them know what was going on, and that I had no way of figuring out my car situation and that I wouldn't be off until 11pm, well after their operating hours.
I got my car towed to them and a new tire on within 2 hours. They told me they don't normally take payments over the phone, but I just had no time in my schedule to be able to leave my clients to deal with my car. They very graciously made an exception for me and let a family member make a payment for me over the phone. Everything was done and dealt with within 2 hours and I'm so thankful they helped me with this nightmare, especially on a Friday!
If I'm ever stuck in town with another tire problem, I will be returning! Excellent customer service and extremely friendly.

These guys are lifesavers and very professional. We were traveling close to Opelousas and realized we had a tire that was going to blow any minute. We called this shop and they had us come on in and had us all fixed up within 30 minutes and back on the road with a new tire. They were great and very professional. Highly recommend with extremely competitive prices!
