Don’t recommend this place for phone repair, came in to get my battery replaced and it didn’t even last a week until it went bad, and they also replaced my screen because it wasn’t working after they replaced my battery, waste of a 140$ I spent

Do not buy a phone from here they do not work!! They are all trade in phones that aren’t refurbished at all and at a higher price than a brand new one! Screen repair and lady behind the counter doing them are good but they will not refund any money on any thing even if you just bought the phone 2 minutes prior! Tried to exchange for a different phone as it states in the 48 hour return policy and the second phone did not work either! Offered to exchange for a scooter displayed in the store, nope it also doesn’t work! Here we are waiting another day for another phone we had no choice but to exchange for, to have the battery replaced and had to pay extra money to get it and not be forced to leave with the broken phone we purchased just yesterday evening! Was a repeat customer, will no longer support this scam of a business and do not recommend anyone else to either!

I was a returning customer for screen repair on my I phones, I went in yesterday to buy a phone from them and was sold complete garbage. They do not give any refunds what so ever so I went ahead and tried to exchange the phone for a working one, the second one didn’t work either. Still no refund. Offered to trade for a scooter in store, it doesn’t work. Went ahead and paid more money for a newer model phone because I had no other choice, it’s that or walk away from hundreds of dollars for an item that was sold to me supposedly in like new condition, that’s plain garbage, or try to find a happy medium arguing with the business owner to make this right which was ridiculous to have to consider to begin with. I’m now waiting another 24 hours so they can work on the third phone which needs a new battery and who knows what else, because they do not refund your money no matter what as if it doesn’t matter you just spent over 500$ at this store since they opened only a few weeks ago.
