Very well clean, comfortable place to come and stretch those muscle out having your body feeling good after your done. Also I enjoy the tanning bed. I would DEFINITELY tell everyone this is the place to come.

Really good, Shasta is very nice and very helpful. I have been away from the gym for 3 years so this will be slow going. I am 68 years old, and need to get myself back in shape.

Freedom Fitness is a great gym and has the best personal trainer Josh. If you want to get into shape or gain some muscle he is the guy for you and you won’t be disappointed at all!
