John is so kind. Twice I have been here and found lovely ruby earrings (last Thanksgiving) and a wedding set (this Thanksgiving) I’ve been looking for for years! It was sized and shipped to my home in New Jersey within days. They definitely have the family feel and quaintnesses that make you feel very welcome. He also gave my little girl a cross necklace complimentary which she says she likes to wear to be “fancy”:)

He custom made an engagement ring for my fiancé and it came out perfect—I get compliments on it daily! We also went back to John to get our wedding bands and had another fantastic experience!
