They had excellent customer service. The only reason I had to give this place 2 stars is because of the heat. I dont know how the workers do it. When i tell you a bead of sweat started head and dropped down to my toes in only a couple of minutes.

I have been with Cricket for over a year now and have visited the New Roads location many times. I have never left unhappy. Everyone has always been super nice and helpful.

Went there yesterday and the door was locked , AS ALWAYS , I don’t recommend going here it’s unprofessional, and the sales associates are rude one acts like she can’t talk , I only go to the cricket wireless on airline in baton rouge now , I really miss the associate nick working there he was very respectful, and polite and speedy on helping you if they got him back maybe they’ll keep some customers ??♀️, this comment was edit so that I can be more clearly on what I was trying to say DO BETTER !
