I took my family (me with 4 kids, the youngest being 11 months) to New Orleans for the weekend and didn't give my car the much needed oil change it deserved. When we tried to head back to Florida, my car gave out on me. So, I was basically stranded 6 hours from home on a Sunday with no mechanic answering the phone (because it's Sunday!). I finally called Wrens and not only did the owner pick up but he went out of his way to make sure my family and I got up and running without missing too much of a beat. Not only will I recommend them to anyone I meet, but I'm planning another trip to New Orleans just to say hi and give them more business. Never met nicer or more sincere folks. Thank you!

Met Mr Sammy at his shop driving by on my way to Walmart with no expectations but I must say that the service and time and the dedication that Mr Sammy gave me with helping me with my vehicle was exemplary to a professional that actually cares about his customers! He insisted that I needed a car wash and had me laughing as he started washing my car as I was about to leave! Such a funny fellow who I recommend immensely! I will be back for sure. I had a good afternoon today meeting Sammy and talking with him.

Very untrustworthy, not sure if it is actually still a real business. The owner, Sammy, hit my vehicle with his car while driving the wrong way down the street. He did not have insurance and his license was expired, so he offered to repair the damage at his shop. After a few days he stopped responding to emails/calls/text, and when I tried to locate his ‘shop’ I found the address associated with Wren’s to be abandoned. A friend called to ask where they were located and he did not give her her an answer, just said they were ‘working out of a few locations’. After reading other reviews on Facebook and Google, it seems like they have a history of manipulating their customers. I absolutely would not recommend anyone leave their vehicle with anyone associated with Wren’s.

Received one person to service my car, and then got nothing else. I even reached out to a personal number and still nothing. It’s been over 3 weeks.

Called on a Sunday and a very nice young fellow came to my home and looked at my bumper that had a small scratch that happened to me at roused parking lot! He said he was usually booked up but took my car and brought it back looking amazing, washed and all which I haven't done I months:/ Fantastic.i was recommended to him and gave him a try and had an experience that I didn't expect. I highly recommend everyone to give Sammie wrens a call. Great surprise.

In it for the money. Will withhold your car to receive more money from insurance company. Especially if youre a minority they will undermine you. Completely disgusted with their company

I dropped off my car for repairs to be made on its 4x4 system. What followed was the worst experience imaginable. They destroyed my engine and kept my car for MONTHS! At their behest I rented a car being told they would reimburse me. They gave me a few checks that would occasionally bounce. The owner of the shop then suggested we claim my car was stolen and use my insurance. So, their idea was to commit fraud in order to cover up their ineptitude. Finally, I had to tow my 3 year old car to the dealership for a new engine and had to pay out of my pocket nearly $7,000 to cover the damages they caused. Took them to court and won a judgment that they have yet to respond. If you encounter this shop, take videos of everything. Then, enjoy going before a judge and hope they pay you. Or, avoid them entirely.

If you use this business, deal with Sammy ONLY. He was very personal with me, giving me surprisingly detailed information about my repair options. He gave extremely personal service and A+ communication, and told me that since he is running his office from his home that he was able to spend more time with me rather if he was at his storefront, which is usually busy that he can't devote as much time as he could as he can now. He also told me that he is outsourcing some of his repairs until his second location opens. He told me that he is opening a small second location to focus more on servicing customers and doing quality work. He has management that takes care at Wrens, but will be personally involved at his second new location. I'm going to wait until he's setup and am a little hyped up lol. I can say that it was a very interested choice to call them, and after talking to the owner, i have made up my mind.
