I’m saddened that I won’t be able to support this location anymore. I tried but of course there’s continued not so pleasant service. I went in today to get more groceries and live crawfish. She was about to go to the back and get me a sack and 2 guys walked up from front of the store and told her to stop selling crawfish. She said that she was going to get my sack since I had already asked and he shook his head no. He said that the sacks were already sold. I left my basket with groceries right there. I went to inquire with the manager, explained what happened, and he said that they were already sold. I walked out. How are they already sold if she was selling them? You have an alert system set up to let you know when you are down to a certain amount of sacks? They sell out of a lot of things or get low stocked on other items and it takes forever to replenish. Whatever system they have in place for the crawfish, they need it for the groceries. This is why I have to travel to other stores to get what I need.

Can yall clean the cutting board after cutting the cantaloupe so the pineapples wouldn't taste exactly like cantaloupe JEEZZZWHEEZ...... THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME I BUY PINEAPPLES PRE CUT TASTE NOTHING BUT ORANGE MELON ?

Until this morning I never had a unpleasant experience at this location. But that all changed today hence the 3 stars. I went to the deli and the lass working couldn't have been more unpleasant and rude. I started by saying good morning to her and I guess that was a mistake. She responded to me with a pathetic good morning immediately followed by a we aren't open now. You know the kind that sounds like shove off! You're bothering me... Other than that the service is usually first cabin at that location. Just beware when you go to the deli. I don't believe I'll go to the deli at this location anymore...

I’m shocked that this store has been around for over 10 years. It’s changed so much over the years! True, the lines are always long but I like to use the self checkout line because there’s always only one or two cashiers checking customers out. I like that Winn Dixie gives you points for future purchases and I love that they always have the best deals for fresh produce! I got two whole bags of ginger for only $5 bucks!!! You can’t beat that anywhere!!!! I also love the fact H2O is affordable and reasonable due to New Orleans always having a water boiling advisory!!!!! The employees are always very helpful when asked for help and there’s always security in this location due to the neighborhood! I love ? Winn Dixie especially because they have the Impossible meat in packages since I’m on a pescatarian diet! I also suggest you remember to bring your coupons located on the bottom of your receipt for extra deals!
