The actual entrance is on Earhart which is where you will be before prompted to turn left onto Broadway don't do this. If the depot is on the left of you, you will have to drive past and find somewhere to either turn around or uturn. OThere than that fast in and out however how about putting a bigger higher receiving sign up on the corner of your building leading to the residential area maybe one facing the left turn onto broad street?!
