I gotta say I love whitney bank no issues but today I went to deposit my check at 9:50am and the clerk in the drive-thru was very rude he was a Caucasian man and just plain out no courtesy to me as a customer and I didn't like that I've always received great service from u guys and today he made it look bad. I just felt the need to share.

Everyone in this branch handles business!!! They are awesome I dealt with Ms. Patricia and the office manager Rasheed I believe and was at whits end and they went above and beyond to get my situation straightened out in time for me to go on vacation... Thank you for everything you all did, I'm beyond grateful!!!

If a bank is not going to open their lobby then change that damn signs and update the website. I literally hate Handcock Whitney is why I do most of my banking in other banks. The only reason I keep my account open is the Manager in Mansfield Location.

Horrible bank! Granted, this is mainly about the online/telephone help or the lack thereof but also about the lack of hours for the bank, physically. My account was hacked. I discovered this on a Sunday and there was no 1-800 phone help, even for an urgent security issue on Sunday. They were no help on the phone on Monday and told me I had to go to the physical bank but they're never opened when I can go there. I tried to go after work but they close at 4. A man leaving wouldn't helpAvoid this bank.

The Elysian Fields location is not open on Saturday - despite this being the hours posted on their door and on the web.They have a hand written sign saying they’re not open and to use the drive through. Drive through takes FOREVER. Prepare to be stuck in line for a while.

My fiancé went into this bank in Harvey this morning wearing an Anti Biden shirt and before they would help him they made him change because it was offensive to others around.. my fiancé and our family has been banking with Whitney for years. How are people so sensitive that we can’t just handle a simple bank transaction without people getting offended?

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Probably under staffed or unprofessional. Never again. Inside and outside slow slow slow.

The bank manager is totally horrible and is very arrogant and does not admit when he is wrong does not pass on information as needed to make your experience better it’s also sad that you can’t talk to his boss in need of help thanks ?

I have a business account with Whitney and this branch alone is making me consider transferring to another bank. Everyone that works here seems to be short with me/annoyed even when I am doing simple transactions. If you can, just drive a few minutes longer to the Metairie location; the employees don’t seem to hate their lives as much at other locations.

Horrible service. Tellers and managers have no interpersonal skills. The whole branch needs to take course on customer service skills. Its like they are all dead. I got to the branch at nine i am still sitting here waiting. Slow and dead
