I am the owner of a small brand, Flabelus, who sold some shoes to the store owner Mariah back in june. However these shoes have never been paid and its been 5 months since the store recieved them. I have been trying to contact Mariah to request payment and shes been very rude to me and my team. Not only she has blocked me from instagram and also from whatsap, called me rude when i was kindly righfully asking for payment of shoes already recieved in June and still not paid, but also we have very kindly offered her to pick the shoes so that she does not need to pay for them and we have spent already 4 failed pick ups and sent her at least 10 emails and shes not replied…This is not the way to treat the small foreign brands that sell at the store…We shipped to her in good faith thinking that she would pay us and still nothing and we are unable to get details for pick up to recover back the goods even if this is an extra cost for us. We hope to come to terms wirh her and that she will reply at some point. We are very sad with this situation. Shes put the shoes on sale on her website.

One of my favorite places to shop for my wardrobe!This hot spot is located uptown on Magazine Street. Super cutesy and quaint boutique w| some of theeeee cutest clothing from LONDON at that. Every time I visit I leave w| a nice piece.She offers lovely scents as well! Stop by if you’re ever in the area!

This past December I took a solo trip to New Orleans. After a delicious meal I wandered down the street and landed at West London Boutique. My plan to simply browse the store and leave turned into a much needed confidence booster as the owner and her assistant let me try on outfits for over an hour. You ladies have no clue how much I needed that space to feel beautiful and I will never forget the way you both made me feel and the knowledge you’ve given me on how to dress. Thank you xx

Happy to have caught on to this gem of a boutique. The space is not overwhelming, and every piece is special - feminine, modern, and well-made. The proprietress also does such an amazing job on Instagram displaying pieces & describing their fit that I’ve been able to successfully buy a few things without ever trying them on. The place to go for beautiful, unique clothes!

Mariah finds the most beautiful things for her store; even shopping online is a total experience! I can't wait to shop in person some day, but for now, the website is easy and clear. I came across West London during a trip to New Orleans and I’m so happy I did! It’s so much more than a clothing boutique. Their customer service is far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. From their perfectly wrapped packages, to the beautiful hand-written thank you notes.
