Ryan was absolutely amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and personable. We actually left the store to visit several other jewelers and came back to Wellington because of him. We visit NOLA regularly for years and have found our jeweler. We throughly enjoyed our experience and will be back for future purchases. Highly recommend seeing their store and meeting him for your jewelry needs and maintenance.

I find it very hard to believe the negative comments that have been left. I went into Wellington on Sunday to purchase some earrings I saw in the sale ad, Ryan was fabulous! I was wearing cords, a rock and roll t-shirt and a biker jacket with tennis shoes and no makeup. I received fabulous customer service and treated as if I were buying the largest pair of diamond earrings in the place. Ryan and the other employee working that day made sure to welcome every person that stepped into the shop and thanked them for coming. I can't wait till my next purchase!! Thank you Ryan!
