My cousin or ordered 6 shirts on Saturday 4/29 and today is 5/17 and he STILL doesn’t have them. It took so long to produce the 6 shirts he just asked for his money back and has yet to receive. Now they’re not answering the phone. DO NOT use this business for any of your printing needs!!!

Please don't do business with these people I paid for my daughter order and was promised a date of 5/11 on the 11th I kept calling and sending messages no answer so the owner decides to reply saying his team will handle it the teams just says we will cancel the order 5 days before graduation PLEASE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I order my products the 1week of AprilI asked was my stuff going to be ready by the date I needed it for . I didn’t receive my stuff in time for my event and on top of that I went in the following Tuesday came to a agreement and here it is the 1st week of May and y still giving me the run around behind my stuff & money !!! Horrible customer service skills . Very unprofessional!!! I’m done supporting black business it’s to much stress

Thank you to WePrint 101 for their Awesome Customer Service. The Quality of the Shirts I ordered were exactly as i wanted it to be. The order process was easy and convenient and my order was ready before the estimated time. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

The WORST!!!customer service ever...The printers asked Myre( who works the front counter) a specific question about the detail of my design. Instead of contacting me to get the correct information she told them, "I THINK that's how he wanted it. Then she tried to upsell me on another order to make the shirt the way I really wanted them printed. What was crazy is we discussed the details prior to getting them printed. Not once did they ever try to make the situation right with the customer. Instead I was stuck paying for something I didn't want. I felt really annoyed on how they robbed me...I'll never do business with them again.
