My grandma decided to go to Walmart to get her medicine in the rain. When she went to the pharmacy department the machine was down. So she proceeded to get her groceries and went to the register and all of the machine were still down and she was not able to get her medicine. She decided to wait until the machine came back on and check out the rest of her things in her cart but had to wait an extremely long time to get to the casher, only for the cashier to say she would be right back but never returned. My grandmother is an elderly lady and to stand in the line as long as she did to have a cashier to say she will returned and never did. What kind of customer services is that? Mind you that my grandmother still did not receive her medicine from Walmart!

Came into this store and shopped several times this week including this morning and was able to type in my card number manually. Today this afternoon I came back to grab a few items for dinner and was told I couldn’t type my card numbers in. I explained to the old lady that I just left out the store typing my numbers in and she told me no, I have to have my card. I offered to show her a photo of my card and my ID. She went and called another old lady that came over with a nasty ghetto attitude “aht aht, no ma’amm, you gon have to cancel that order send her to another Walmart cus we don’t do that over here baby” good thing it was canceled because I would not be shopping at this location anymore.

I waited over 10 minutes for an associate to unlock a case all the while 4 or 5 employees passed me. I eventually gave up on the venture because it took that long. Usually I don’t have an issue but this occurrence was absolutely ridiculous

In and out, I purchased my items, and out as fast as I went in, the items I purchased were stocked this time. This location was rewarded five stars for having the items that I needed.

I really didn’t want to give any stars.Do not go to Walmart at 4001 Behrman place NOLA 70114 with cash. LAZY cashier doesn’t give customers their loose change (cents) instead sends customer to costumer service to retrieve missing money…. ???? What’s the deal of Walmart staff…. Last time I checked I am NOT part of Walmart payroll and as it is the majority of time I do self checkout and bag my own groceries… now the new thing is to go to costumer service and get my money fand wait more on their long lines… because you can tell they get pay by the hour… instead of how many costumers get service !!!
Walmart can robbed me of .83 cents but cashier couldn’t rounded it to nearest dollar because otherwise I was considered stealing…. So who is robbing here ??? It is a shame and shaking my head. I hope Walmart CEO reaches out and mail me my check for .83 cents plus inconvenience fee and 10% for each day starting as of yesterday 5/16/2024 for not giving my correct change at checkout…

As of 25 February 2024, all of the self-checkout machines are off, except for the lanes for the premium Walmart membership, whatever it's called. They have not significantly added more employees on registers so expect a very long checkout experience, like 20 minutes! I don't think the machines are actually broken.
Original review: Just a *terrible* store. Badly managed, often has bare shelves where staple foods should be. Dairy products kept too warm and turn before sell-by date. Often no carts to be found. Avoid at all costs. At least one item on your shopping list is guaranteed to be out of stock. This dump gets worse every time I go. Dirty diaper abandoned in pet food aisle for three weeks, told management, still there. Nobody cares. Nobody has ever cared. Swathes of the store are closed off.
