This is the worst pharmacy. It takes them forever to refill my prescription and I will literally go 5 days without my psych meds because they keep telling me they had to order it and it hasn’t been delivered yet no other pharmacy has given me these problems. Save your sanity and get your prescriptions from somewhere else.

I typically don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this might be the worst pharmacy in the country. This isn’t a knock on the employees necessarily, but something has to change. They take FOREVER to fill scripts, consistently late. I’ve also gotten wrong scripts filled. It’s unbelievable that a business so critical as a pharmacy would be so incredibly bad at efficiently providing for customers.

If you walk in and think "oh this will be a quick trip. There's no line" then just wait until you're done shopping because no matter how slow or fast you went, a line of the most check-out challenged people will have appeared. You're not getting out of there in less than 30 mins - no matter what.

4-15-23. While in store, it started to rain outside. Cashier tells another associate she's gonna lock the doors, it's raining. While waiting in line behind cashier's obvious associates who bargained for discounts for their corn dogs n drinks, I proceed to checkout n scroll down the card/receipt pad to check what I was charged. Cashier shouts ' what you doing'? I tell her I didn't rush the ppl in front of me. She responds ' who rushing You'? I ignore her at that point. This ghetto Walgreens is pathetic, unprofessional, n the associates are over concerned with eating on the job than showing respect to customers. Good luck with the future of this location. I won't be returning.

Took 8 days to get my PCR results. It was a huge struggle asking staff to help connect me to Labcorp to find my results. Ultimately, I took a PCR with CVS on day 5 and got those results 36 hours later.

Don’t go here if you want Passport photos. Despite what the website says and the automated recording when you call. According to the photo department they don’t do Passport photos there ?

absolutely horrible. I waited 40 minutes on hold on the phone, they gave me about 5 seconds to answer when they picked up before hanging up on me. What a JOKE!

The absolute WORSE customer service by far hands down. It doesn't matter if it's the drive thru or inside, they won't even make eye contact. If you have to get your prescription from Walgreens DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION. You will wait in the drive thru (at a high risk of getting mugged) and they WILL ignore you until THEY are good and ready to serve you.

Photo machine down which is super inconvenient since the nearest one on canal is down also. As well as the one at CVS. How are all the photo locations in the vicinity of the passport agency unable to take passport photos? Make it make sense

received such poor service at the Walgreens Pharmacy. I arrived slightly late for COVID test but waited over 10 minutes for a technician. At the time no one was in drive-thru line. I explained to pharmacy technician Kia Lyons that I was visiting from out of town and required testing to travel in the morning. However, her attitude was curt and she kept saying I was late and couldn’t receive the test. I explained why we had arrived late for appointment and that we had waited 10 minutes. I then asked for a manager at which she said she was the manager. After further discussion, I requested the store info and manager card at which she explained was senior technician. I then asked again for the manager as I’ve taken over 50 COVID tests at Walgreens and have never had an issue or this type of attitude from employees. She then asked Tylasha the pharmacist to come to the window who was also not helpful. She explained it would involve more time and take too long to administer and run the rapid COVID test. In the 15 minutes we spent discussing the matter the test could have been administered and done. They were more concerned with pressing the issue of timeliness than being helpful to the customer and making snide comments. By this time a few cars were behind us so I elected to leave rather than escalate the matter. However the pharmaceutical team could use improvement and be more professional and considerate dealing with customers especially during this time of a pandemic and rise in COVID cases.
