Bait and switch. I got out of bed with a 103 fever to get a Covid and flu test. When I get there, they tell me I picked the wrong test because they don't have that test available. Why book the appointment at all? I could've just had my fiancé grab a test for all of that. BS awful service. They didn't recommend another location or anything while I'm visibly suffering. Won't be using this chain again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

It was too crowded, everything was too expensive, they didn't have a public restroom available and the customer service experience wasn't much to be desired.

They are lying about being open 24hrs. Someone is in the store but they have the doors locked. Walgreens please look into this.

One of the problems is the people begging outside, But they do have a security guard now,and they are trying to get a grip on all of the people coming in the store stealing and I do mean stealing they grab just about anything and just walk out the store like it ain't a problem and before recently even the store workers never cared I've seen a couple of the workers loading their cars with goods as well

I went to the store last night and it was literally two people following me around like I was a thief ... I am school teacher. I was never offered 1 oz of customer service I asked if I needed help finding anything and there were lots of items that were not stocked or shelved... Being at this store just gave me a really icky feeling

Sad they are lacking customer service skills and ethics. Rude as soon as you walk in. No hello welcome at all just an eye roll as the cashier sat on the floor of a isle. No karts and no they will not accommodate handicaps or moms with infants. They don't care for customers and do not represent Walgreens as it should be. Do better Walgreens and hire individuals with some kind of proper customer service skills.

Why is this place still open? Seriously read the comments here. People walking around inside but the door is locked and there’s a sign saying temporarily closed. Looks like this is a pattern since there are older comments here saying the same. Walgreens is paying wages to people who ate waste their electricity and tanking sales.

This place is staffed by THIEVES,do not allow any fed ex package to end up here at any cost. They will attempt to gaslight you. Give you the run around , and steal your own personal parcels. Should be ashamed of the behavior that goes on here.

I would like a district manager to follow up on my complaint. I came to this store on 3/2/2023 at approximately 8:30 pm. My complaint is against Nicole, who identified herself as the manager on duty. I went there to receive a small amount of money sent to me through Western Union. Nicole told me the machine was down and that it hadn’t worked for weeks. She told me the computer was working real slow. I asked her if I could attempt to use the self serve kiosk it to see it it worked for me. She refused telling me that they don’t have the money to pay out. First of all she never asked me if I was receiving it sending. So she wouldn’t know if I providing or requesting money. I’m sure that even if the cash was low they would allow people to be able to send money. Secondly, never asked me the amount. I could have been picking up $40 for all she knew, and I’m sure the store has that on hand. This didn’t sit well with me I felt she was lying to me because she gave two stories as to why she couldn’t serve me. Was it the computer issue or was it the lack of funds. Both could not be true. I returned back inside and told her to her face that I felt discriminated against. And I told her that I perceived she was being untruthful. She then admitted that she had lied about he computer problem and that it was a lack of money to pay out. She was very dismissive to me. I told her to her face I was going to report her to her district manner and write her a scathing review. I would like a district manager to reach out and let me know my concerns shave been heard and reprimand her for this behavior. Thank you
