I have been going to this Walgreens on Bullard and Lakeforest for 10 yrs the pharmacy day staff is very helpful but the night pharmaceutical team sucks they dumb as hell very disrespectful from the pharmacist to the employees they all need to be fired

This needs to be a 24 hour Walgreens. So that people can get there prescription filled. Once they're discharged from New Orleans East Hospital Emergency Department late at night.

The pharmacist staff is horrible put in prescription told me it will be ready for 6:40 pm go back for them to tell me they never put it in because they didn't know if I wanted them to send proof back to Dr to get refills which I told them no so now I have to come back at 8:15 to pick up my medicine... Horrible

Worst photo lab in history everytime I go there there's no one at the counter one day after waiting for 30 mins they finally get the guy where he has been in the back sleeping and guess what your photos that you did online the night before isn't done then I went today waited as usual and the girl was at the front talking to the associate on the register smmfh the absolute worst

The pharmacy here is the worst. Extremely slow, always a long wait. Waited 25 minutes after receiving msg saying RX was ready only to be told they can’t find it so had to come back.

Pharmacy staff is horrific! I've had to file complaints with corporate office several times! I just called to get information for Covid testing. I was on hold for 35 minutes, after which, clerks would pick up call, and say "Hold please" even the pharmacist, a male, did same. I was told they have caller i.d. so I'm guessing this is my punishment for complaints. These people are messing with people's health and lives. I screen shot the times I was on hold. Sending to corporate. The elderly are treated the same. Horrible. Phyllis Leblanc

The worst pharmacy I must say by far. Nastiest attitude towards customer like they are doing you a favor. Two lanes in drive through which give people who drove up after you get serve ahead of you. I’m sure I will switch pharmacies and the saddest of it all it’s in my neighborhood but I don’t care I won’t be going there no more.

The Vietnamese Lady Pharmacist always personally call to see how my Medication is working. That is very nice of her. I appreciate it. The Pharmacy here is very nice and have good timing on refills. Considering the other Walgreens locations.

I'm tired of dealing with this particular pharmacy location. Every time I'm in need of my prescriptions filled I have to call to speak with someone on the phone and can't refill through the automated system because it's the same situation every month that I have to explain about my insurance I have 2 insurances which are private and I also gave medicaid, private insurance don't cover my medications,but the medicaid does. You would think they would fix this in their system so I won't have to go through this every month and when I call then they tell me every time they don't have it in stock and they have to order it and it will come in the next say which it never does I'm always waiting for another 2 to 3 days. I'm sick of them at this point I'm just switching back to CVS..

The customer service at this location is non existing. I walked past two cashiers at the front of the store neither one of them said hello. I walked past several stock peop!e, they didn't bother to acknowledge me either. Stood in the pharmacy line for about 5 minutes before I got to speak to an employee. I showed him a paper with the type of prenatal vitamins that my daughter needed. He told me to stand to the side and he would come out to help me find them. I waited in front of the section where the vitamins are for him to come out. He never came. After 10 minutes of waiting I walked out.

If every walgreens pharmacy is this rude PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! the man who answered the phone for the pharmacy literally said I'm not going to go back and forth with you but he refused to simply help me!!! It is pharmacies with this attitude is one of the direct causes of the spread of COVID. If they lost my test results don't be rude be humble. I will NEVER return and to prove their unconcern for their patience I bet they will not even reply to this review. It would be nice to know the your pharmacy card about their customers.

Normally a great experience but drove all the way from Slidell to find out the pharmacy has new hours posted IN store. This kind of information should be on your their website. I checked their website before leaving Slidell to make sure they were open. It's 7:43pm and the website states they close at 10pm. This is my old pharmacy. I just moved do I haven't changed my pharmacy yet. This is really inconvenient and ridiculous!
