Horrible. Customer service! I used to love this location and now the are just like Broad and St. Bernard Ave location. I travel away from my home for good customer service. Twice in the past 2 days I’ve prescriptions filled and they were delayed due to insurance. I received the delayed email and call to speak directly with the pharmacist and ask that the RX be filled with insurance. The pharmacist confirms that they will fill it without insurance. I arrive to pick my order and it’s not fill!!! I asked the cashier why this keeps happening she says she doesn’t know who told me that!!I guess I’ll try another location. Walgreens has to do better. Smh.

As the son of a physician, I am very selective on where I fill my prescribed medications because I can be. That said, it is very disheartening to see such negative feedback concerning the store \u0026 staff; in my opinion, such comments are motivated by hate, and are completely unjustified. Worth noting is that the majority of all reviews left here are vague, contrived, and frankly, offensive to read. I have been coming to this store for 10 years, and Ms. Janelle \u0026 Ms. Lynette are the warmest, most pleasant pharmacists you could ever hope to meet. The entire pharmacy staff is caring, personable, professional, courteous, non judgemental, productive, knowledgeable, and VERY helpful. I am always greeted by name but not at the expense of professionalism: I am always asked my address. There is no favoritism towards any given customer because the staff treat every patient as an individual. They all have such pride in what they do, and they care deeply about your health. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this review takes it to heart and recognizes the effort and dedication that Janelle and staff extend to us all. Maybe the next review will reflect on the above before hastily posting about a bad day, or to blame the staff for their personal insurance issues....because it is easier to take it out on Walgreens. THANK YOU FOR 10 YEARS!!!!

Walgreens for US. I placed my refill order in on the app. I was told 3pm for pick up but I was already close to the location and needed to pick up a couple items. I shopped for a few minute and went to the pharmacy. I waited less than 10 minutes for my meds. There was some mumbles amongst the staff that I over heard but hey I was in and out of that thang and my errands are complete for the day.

Horrible service by the Chinese pharmacist. She got a refill order three days ago but we're unable to refill it. She even refused to give me the refill when I went there in person. Her excuse was that they were about to close but they still had more than 30 minutes to close and I had no problem with waiting. Her attitude was careless and she insisted me to get the medicines from over the counter, regardless of whether it's gonna cost more or less.

Called last week to check on my prescription and the lady on the phone was awful. Gave me attitude and was not helpful. Terrible customer service

The workers here are wildly unprofessional, with the exception of two. The last time I went, the two cashiers (moving at a glacial speed) were loudly complaining to each other about a co-worker. How unpleasant!

Regular Walgreens. I enjoy coming here because it reminds me of my school years. I used to come here pretty often when I went to UNO as I lived in the neighborhood. The store is nice and clean, big parking lot, nice staff. But last time I needed to get some cold medicine at the store, they were training this kid at the register. I wish they had another register opened then. He was spending at least 5 minutes with each customer, which created an enormous line. I will still be back, but I hope they can take care of this kind of situations.

In my experience it's the typical Walgreens. There's never anyone in line until you go to the register, and when you get to the register the line is very long and there's one cashier. Usually after about five minutes of customer complaints, another cashier reluctantly open another register. I really miss Rite Aid.

This Walgreens is detrimental to the black community. This pharmacy is literally acting as guards and are suppressing life saving medications. Diane Jones and Tan V., “licensed pharmacist”, have attempted to convince me there is 25 doses of medication in a 2.5 ml/10 mg nasal spray. When confronted with dosage and calculations, I was met with obfuscation and the inability of Ms. Jones to get the correct calculations. Afterwards, they called the oppressors’ guard, Richard Hilliard, an “assistant manager”, whose job is to intimidate patients. There is no rapport between patients and pharmacist, just prisoners and guards. This is clear class antagonism, which extends to the Doctor’s office of Dr. Wanda Timpton, who is complicit, by writing incomplete and irregular orders. Walgreens need to be regulated because obviously they have a bunch of incompetents running amuck!!!
