I stopped in on yesterday morning to pick up a script and the young girl working the drive thru was moving slower than slow motion if that's even possible. I stood at the counter and there were 2 additional employees working, not one of them acknowledged me standing there. They continued to do whatever it was that they were doing as if the pharmacy is their own personal living room. Needless to say I left the prescription and will be changing to another pharmacy because the wait time is always far too long and the unprofessional attitudes I can't deal with.

The staff are nice enough and the building is respectfully clean, but the degree of niceness does not make up for the amount to which this location is massively understaffed. Ignore the warning only if you have an hour to spare so you can pick up your RX (even with a pickup time)

The central location on Canal is definitely a plus. As far as other factors go, it's a pretty typical urban Walgreens.

The pharmacy Dept is very rude! I dropped off a prescription early during the day. I picked it up, went home, checked the bag and noticed that it wasn't the usual prescription for my mom. I called the pharmacy they let the phone ring... then put it on hold just to let it ring again and be placed on hold. I was on hold for an hour before I hang up. I figured that maybe they were at lunch. I called back around 5 hours later and got the same treatment. I decided to go there myself. I went through the drive through and expressed my concerns and the tech said that's how they have it. I went home and got my previous prescription and went back to the pharmacy and went in. I spoke with Dr ANGELA DAVIS and she was very rude in her tone. I'm supposed to ask questions and as a Dr she should be able to explain things to me. Whether if rules have changed or insurance has changed or whatever the case may be. There is no need to be rude or obnoxious especially if I'm not rude to you in any way. This is the first time I have ever been treated this way. I am definitely changing my pharmacy if though they are closer to home. I will not tolerate disrespect on any level... The pharmacy needs practice on customer service and at least answer their phones!!!

The pharmacy staff is wonderful and informational. They answer all my question, make sure my prescriptions is available. They take the time with you to make sure everything your getting is correct. The're truly a great staff working together.
