Worst pharmacy department in the history of Walgreens. Appt at 10, no help till 11. Returned at 230 for COVID results and loud music was coming out of the speaker and I she screamed that the system was down and I would have to find another location. HoodRats should not be in this department ANYWHERE!

This the most crazy Walgreens in the east. My least favorite. Go to crowder or Bullard location. Always drama going on. They racially profiles people and think everybody stealing.

Horrible services. Ignorant and mean employees!!!! Called three times with simple question no response. I was kept on hold each time. They would not give me the manager. Do not shop here!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! I went into store around 11:35 PM. to make a purchase. I asked the security guard could I use the restroom. He stated that he need to get an employee, but returned and said I could not use the restroom. I immediately asked why, since I was a paying customer. He said I should speak to the employee directly. The employee by the name of Royal said I could not use the restroom because they were closed! I asked why, and she stated that they had just cleaned them and didn’t want me to dirty them up. I then asked to speak to someone else, and the Shift Manager told me the same thing with a nasty attitude. I finally asked to speak to a manager who allowed me to used the restroom! As a paying customer, I think it is ridiculous that I was not initially allowed to use the restroom during normal business hours!
