Slow Slow Slow... Then when you get to the window meds are not ready. Tell you to come back and meds still not ready!!.. Needs a new Pharmacist and clerks that actually GAF!!!!

Employees at this pharmacy are either incompetent or mentally incapable of performing their job. Employees are also devoid of basic social abilities to interact with others humans in a courteous manner.
They don’t fill scrips timely, they will lie to your face about pickups being ready, lines are long and move slowly, they don’t answer the phone, and they don’t order inventory properly. Not one apology for wasting your time either.
Avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

The staff are clearly doing their best generally, but they don’t answer the phone which is really bad for a pharmacy, and Walgreens is a miserable and greedy corporation, so it’s really just a lose lose

They don't answer phones for 20 minutes, switching my prescription now.Do not call them, they are rude and don't have a clue how to help people, hope this location closes.

Asked to use the bathroom which had a door code. The manager told me it was out of order. I literally saw one of her employees use it five minutes before.

The service at this location needs improvement,because you are serving people that or in need of medicines and help. So when a person is on the phone please do your best to get to them. A person that have been a customer at this Walgreens for years. Have a good day

I received such poor service at the Walgreens Pharmacy. I arrived slightly late for COVID test but waited over 10 minutes for a technician. At the time no one was in drive-thru line. I explained to pharmacy technician Kia Lyons that I was visiting from out of town and required testing to travel in the morning. However, her attitude was curt and she kept saying I was late and couldn’t receive the test. I explained why we had arrived late for appointment and that we had waited 10 minutes. I then asked for a manager at which she said she was the manager. After further discussion, I requested the store info and manager card at which she explained was senior technician. I then asked again for the manager as I’ve taken over 50 COVID tests at Walgreens and have never had an issue or this type of attitude from employees. She then asked Tylasha the pharmacist to come to the window who was also not helpful. She explained it would involve more time and take too long to administer and run the rapid COVID test. In the 15 minutes we spent discussing the matter the test could have been administered and done. They were more concerned with pressing the issue of timeliness than being helpful to the customer and making snide comments. By this time a few cars were behind us so I elected to leave rather than escalate the matter. However the pharmaceutical team could use improvement and be more professional and considerate dealing with customers especially during this time of a pandemic and rise in COVID cases.

This is literally the worse Walgreens I have ever been to. I'm a RN and pay close attention to service in healthcare. The staff here is very unprofessional, they hang up on you often and very often give you incorrect information when filling your prescription. I'm typing upset because they charged me an expensive price because they did NOT use my insurance! I have been hung up on 3x so far! Always a problem with this pharmacy! Save yourself the headach!

I stopped to go to the bathroom and it was closed because of Covid. Yes it's not the best neighborhood but I was dressed decently. The clerk was extremely rude.

Worst pharmacy! Their speaker box broke so they impatiently yell at you through the window as they play very loud music from the speaker outside above the window. Girl literally just yelled “your insurance isn’t covering a prescription that’s $1100” I say, which one? She yells, “you take it vaginally!” As I keep asking which med she is yelling this at me on repeat as a man inside is leaning to see who she is yelling to… Thanks, infertility is difficult enough. Fix your speaker box Walgreens!!!
