The pharmacy was terrible. Only gave me 2.5mL instead of 3.5mL for my 19 month old steroid dose for croup. Imagine if they made the same mistake and he received an extra 1mL and I gave it to him without double checking.When I went back to complain and have them fix the prescription, the didn’t apologize (they were nice & fixed the problem immediately) but not sure they understood the possible repercussions of their medication error.

I'm not sure what Jamila's problem is but every time she is working and I require assistance, she always has an attitude for no reason. Thankfully I only have to enter this establishment to get things for my grandmother. Great establishment, horrible employee!!!!

I have mixed feelings about this location. My closest location had to shut its pharmacy down due to not enough staff as a result of this covid omicron surge. That's why I had to come to this location. They were also short-staffed and actually had to get a traveling pharmacist to come in so that they could open their pharmacy. So I commend them on the effort to stay open for all of us that needed them. The pharmacy staff was so nice and the line actually moved pretty quick. But they only get 3 stars because they totally mismanaged the checkout line near the front of the store. They only had one register open and at one point up to like 12 different shoppers in line wrapping all the way around to the cooled beverage isle. It was crazy looking. And I'd understand if they had no one else to work but they actually had a couple staff members on the floor stocking shelves. I know that job has to get done too, but when you have such a backup in a store type where people expect to be in and out pretty quick, you have to prioritize the registers. They should have pulled someone else to be checking out customers.

Great! Walgreens is the local FedEx drop off center now. So you can return items to Walmart. And, every Walgreens of New Orleans sells $3 Daily Bus pass. And hand sanitizer is offered at the counter.

The staff is always courteous and nice to me. This Walgreens is right up the street and is my go to. They treat me like family. They always have masks on and require social distancing in line.

The staff here did an amazing job handling a tough situation. A terribly rude customer was trying to return what looked like a roll of tape but she didn't have the right receipt for it, nor did it seem like she had even bought it herself. This woman (a Karen if I've ever seen one) proceeded to try and argue with the cashier about it. Mind you, this item couldn't be more than $5. The cashier was so calm and politely kept explaining why she couldn't return the item. She did a great job in the face of an incredibly uncomfortable situation. I left as the Karen called for the manager (you can't make this up). I want the manager to know that their employee handled the situation so well.

RUDEST STAFF EVER. Please do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks up to the CVS. I left a whole basket in there because of the awful commentary and rude remarks from this TRASH staff, Appalling behavior, couldn't pay me to come back here. I guess Walgreens should consider a different onboarding process because it seems they have let themselves go in the quality of "professionals" they hire.

Horrible experience here. There is ALWAYS a LONG line at the registers and the cashiers do not seem to care, or try, to get customers through in a timely manner. Also, on this particular visit, I was getting a prescription filled and had some questions. I ended up speaking with DARLEENE. She was rude, condescending, and made it seem like she didn't want to be bothered by the likes of me. I tried to be understanding but at one point I asked her: "are you in a bad mood ma'am? Because you aren't being very nice." She said to me "It's not my job to be nice" ....... Seriously? You are going to say that to a customer? I was so appalled by this that I left and didn't get my prescription. I don't even want to go back in there to get it! Darlene left a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot believe she is a Pharmacist there! Just wow!
