I was a guest for 6 days for work. Andrew and Ricky were amazing! Best service, cool rooms and delicious libations. The staff were very friendly the concierge was delightful (older gentleman, I can't remember his name!) I would recommend the hotel and the bar, to anyone visiting NOLA.

Awesome Hotel. I would of given a Five but the Bar Tender was to.say the least not so great and the Charcuterie Board was a big Disappointment to us.

We loved the place. Rooms are small but very clean with top quality furniture and comfortable beds. Giving 4/5 due to room size. Service was excellent. Vallet and room service was great. The location is amazing. Close to all the top restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended and will definitely comeback.

Just booked this amazing hotel and so excited to celebrate a belated covid anniversary trip. Called for questions and tips after booking and can't say enough great things about sweet Taj and Andrew! Not only was Taj knowledgeable but also so very thoughtful and caring. Gave a fantastic customer experience. Not accustom to service at this caliber outside the 4 seasons. Best experience ever!

Best overall experience to date! if you're not staying at the hotel, the bartender Ricky is fantastic and makes the most amazing cocktails and experienxe you could ask for...well worth the visit just for the bartenders, and the staff at the hotel is equally as incredible. Shoutout to bellhop of the year, Thomas!

Stayed here for the weekend to see Taylor Swift. The location was fantastic, close to Canal Street and centrally located for a reasonable walk to the Bourbon Street as well as the Superdome. Even though we checked in late, we found the staff to be very attentive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had some trouble with the TV but staff were quick to resolve that issue. Highly recommend

The stay was great: clean rooms, good customer service, and the building was beautiful. We called a few hours before check-in to see if they'd price match so we wouldn't have to book through a third party. They did! We saved about $20.
Parking made us nervous because the open lot across the street has some bad reviews, so we found a secured parking garage a few blocks away.
At the end, they had temporarily charged us for a security deposit and ended up leaving us with a charge of $10.89. Not exactly sure why, because when we had called, they had assured us our entire security deposit would be returned back to us.

The hotel is in such a great location! And the staff was so amazing. Checking in and out was a breeze. Although… we found we were sleeping with a lizard!

We enjoyed our stay at Voco. The location was exactly what we wanted; VERY close to the French Quarter without being in the middle of it where there is more noise and crowds. The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, prices were great with our Priceline Gold membership, there's a bar in the lobby, and the little courtyard was picturesque.
I would encourage guests to take advantage of valet parking. I believe it's $49 per day (don't forget to tip your valet driver BTW ?) We chose to do our own parking. Between coming and going a few times, we spent WAY more than just paying for valet. Trying to find parking anywhere in downtown NOLA is always a nightmare. My only complaint of the hotel is that noise carries, but that is common in these beautiful, old hotel buildings. A rolled up towel in front of the door works wonders!

We came to NOLA for our honeymoon and the hotel was a good stay! I’m not sure how to compare room size with other hotels, but our king bedroom had just enough room for the bed, a desk, wardrobe (no closet, yall) and a dresser. TV is big, and the shower is nice! We did not try the steakhouse connected to the hotel but it smells absolutely delicious. The bartender and staff is very friendly. The hotel is about 4 blocks away from the French quarter and bourbon st! We liked this because of accessibility and we wanted to walk off all of the food. There is also a small convenience store right across the street which is nice! Overall great stay and very impressed.
