Great experience! Louis was amazing. He really put in a lot of time helping us find the perfect wedding tux. All employees were very personable and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and go back in the future.

This place is an absolute rip off. They scam people and are very predatory. The staff is extremely rude have 0 interpersonal skills. They made racist remarks towards my family. Absolutely disgusted with this place. 1000% do not recommend. I wish I could give zero stars.

I was wondering if they rented jackets for Galatoire’s and while they don’t do that, the person that picked up the phone was very friendly and nice and their prices are very reasonable.

I can’t express how much I love this store. The most gorgeous unique selection of dresses you won’t find anywhere else. Stunning shoes that make you feel like you’re in a beautiful bygone era. And wonderful, old-world customer service you only see in movies nowadays. As in, the sales clerk knows exactly what kind of dresses you’ll like, and what size will fit you, and she ends up bringing stuff to your dressing room that’s better than anything you picked out. The dress I loved had a button hole issue, and the store owner instantly and graciously called his tailor and told them I was coming (and so the tailor treated me like a VIP), and offered me a generous discount, and told me to bring the dress back if I wasn’t happy with the result. Simply amazing customer service from a person who takes real pride and joy in their work. Oh, and my husband also bought some gorgeous shirts here which are cooler than any other shirts he owns. If we lived here, we would never shop anywhere else for clothes!

Kenny was the best, he took the time to help fit me just right for the hand made Italian suits that I wanted. I stay in the gym, so my body type is very difficult to fit right for most suits. But, Kenny made sure that the suit would fit not just my waist but my thigh and leg area as well. The prices are awesome here as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this shop if you are looking for a suit for yourself or for a gentleman that you may be shopping for at the time. Thank you again Kenny! Love the suit!
