Don't recommend!!!! No flexibility on timing although you're dealing with trying to get a pet in the car, and that could cause a slow down. No courtesy call to say if you're not here by now don't come. And this Petco keeps switching providers from Thrive to Vetco.

First off, they lost my records from a year ago. Second my appointment was at 9:00 and 9:15. Sat for 30 minutes in a cramped room, my dogs were getting anxious and nobody seemed to be coming anytime soon so we left. Never again

Dr Hodgson and her assistant were truly amazing, they made my self and my dog feel very at ease for our first visit with our new vet! Highly recommend

We had an exam with Dr. Hodgson. The staff was wonderful and it didn’t smell like a vet. We took in a kitten from outdoors and I just needed a quick head to tail before I let him roam our home. We have a visit with our vet next week. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. The doctor didn’t try and make me feel bad or treat us differently about leaving without purchasing something from them. Sometime places can rush a visit because of this. In all actuality, the exam and visit was much more than I expected. She gave me a few brochures and was confident because we have a family vet. The visit was very thorough and we talked about holiday traditions and our family and the older generation. This was such a pleasant visit and I’m thankful that Vetco offers this service. We will definitely use them in the future in addition to our current vet.

Wife took my cat in who decided to stop eating. They kept him overnight. Gave him an IV and supposedly examined him. $700 + later and after talking with the vet they didn't even check him for worms and I'll bet they didn't even check his teeth. What did they do for $700 besides take my money and do NOTHING for my cat! Think twice and then think again before you go here. By the way my cat is still suffering and I have no clue why. With 5 animals for this to happen to just one is strange but you figure for $700 you'd know. Not this place!

I was a little apprehensive about bringing my dog to Petco, but the place I used to take her stopped offering grooming services. Well I was pleasantly surprised because they did a wonderful job. This was one of the cutest haircuts she's ever had. The ladies at the desk couldn't have been nicer, and I wish I had gotten the other lady's name. However, the groomer's name is Nadiyah. She was so sweet to my little dog and would recommend them highly for grooming. She got a full groom and got her teeth brushed there. Great job and we'll definitely be back. She was also ready at the time I was told when I dropped her off. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the Vetco team, especially Crystal. She was an absolute gem—super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. My recent visit was made so much better thanks to her. Vetco, you guys are awesome!

Don't go to this ridiculous store. Charging you for checkout bags. Absolutely ridiculous I buy multiple cans of cat food for them to make me walk out with each individual one bc I don't want to pay for something I should have access to. That was my last visit to Petco. Hello petsmart.

I brought my dog in for a vaccination and got bombarded when I made personal health decision for MY dog. I take good car of my dog and he is happy and healthy. The vet techs were super nice and helpful, as they always are, when my dog was not being cooperative. The veterinarian on the other hand is extremely rude not respecting my personal decision for my dog. I was heckled and shamed for my decision even though I was not provided actual research as to why I should change my mind.

Frequently out of stock on items, rude employees and don't bother calling as you will be out on hold and immediately forgotten.

These vets are incompetent. They have a history of withholding life saving medicine and being extremely rude. Save yourself the experience of having your money stolen and go elsewhere.
