I don't know why this post office has such a low rating. I was there this morning with a complicated situation, and everyone was absolutely polite, helpful, gracious. Thank you, staff!

Sent a guaranteed overnight express package and paid $60 for the service . It’s been three+ days and the package has not arrived at its destination. The package has been sitting in Texas distribution center for past two days. The agent pretty much repeats same information that I already know. I should have known not to rely on their service.

Horrible. Never opened according to published hours. employee comes out of the back to yell through the locked doors that they are closed with no rhyme or reason. No signage or explanation about closure. It’s like the employees at this location are showing up just to sit on the clock and turn people away with the doors locked. Needs better management or for someone to come look at the situation here. Stop waisting people’s time who come to this location for services.

The government just needs to shut this place down. The people who work here are all rude an angry and the postal worker just walked up in front of me and locked the door at 2:30 pm. The door says they stay open until 4:30. ?

Worst attitude ever from the employees. Takes 10 minutes to help one customer and then get screamed at if you walk up to the counter “without being called”

Post office actually closes at 4:30 (not 5:00 as stated here) and the counter person simply repeated that they were closed when I asked about a box to drop my package at 4:32.

Unexpectedly CLOSED this morning...So much for rain, sleet, snow. Went to a second location, only to leave there because one person was working with a double wrapped line that went out the door. GET IT TOGETHER USPS.
