Worst and laziest employees EVER. Trellis complained the entire time I asked to have my packages scanned… like isn’t that your job? Literally nobody else in line. She really answered her cellphone while I was at her station and put our transaction on hold. So thankful I only have to go to this location when I don’t make it to my regular post office. This one is absolutely horrific. 0/0 stars.

If I could give 0 stars that would be too nice. Literally have a package that has been sitting in the “distribution center” for 6 days with zero movement. Not to mention it came from BATON ROUGE, less than 70 miles away.

Very helpful. I severely messed up the mailing address of an online order I placed and could see via USPS tracking that the package ended up being re-routed to the post office. I visited this morning to see if the package was there and the very nice lady at the counter (Adriana I think) went to the back to try to find it. She came back, unsuccessful but promised to look again later during a less busy time and TO call me if she found it. At around 2:30 today, I received her call saying that she found my package. Very excited to say that I have my package now! Thanks again!

Went into the post office and mailed a card on 6/11/24, it was just received today, 6/24/24. Two weeks to go to PA from LA and mailed from the central hub. I have a better chance mailing it late from my house than going into this post office.

I've waited in this post office for it to open 3 different times this week. It has not opened before 930. They are often closed randomly in the middle of the day with no sign explaining anything. This is the least helpful post office in New Orleans, and that bar is real low.

My package was sent back and forth. It was at my city of origin then went to a city north of me then back to my city on the day it was supposed to arrive and I constantly would get alerts that it would be delivered on the current day. Pretty fed up with USPS at this point. Had something else happen with another parcel at the same time, which was it getting stuck at a Regional Origin Facility for a ridiculous amount of time. Then it’s in transit only for it to go back to the Origin Facility. This is insane. Fix your system please!

Mail is marked delivered when no carrier even shows up. Packages are being stolen. "Management" lies about everything. This is the most corrupt post office ever. We don't even get mail several days a week. Nothing but lies when you try to check on something.

I'm not sure why USPS is unable to reliably update their website nor their automated phone service, nor Google maps hours. Also the clerk said she is unable to restock the flat rate boxes, "whatever they got out there is what we have." If there were only some service that could ship new boxes to restock

Mail sent through this branch gets majorly delayed or lost. A check sent by a vendor on Jan 26th still hasn't arrived to our PO Box as of Feb 17th.

10FFEB24 ~ The primary reason behind my satisfaction rating was the woman working the counter. She was outstanding. I believe her name was Tasha, or something close to that. She was super nice, i.e. very personable, very helpful, sharper than most counter workers (???) I have encountered, & willing to go the extra mile. I needed to send a medium size King Cake. She helped me try to find one of your pre-sized boxes for King Cakes but none would accommodate my medium size King Cake from Antoine's. She was sharper than most. She could see things as possible options even when not necessarily made for that purpose. She saw a discarded Office Depot box top and suggested that I try it. It fit perfect! It was closing time & she helped me meet the deadline. Thank you. I wish you had more employees like her, her work ethic, helpfulness, and aptitude.
