I came in for a passport appointment and the gentleman was polite and everything was taken care of in about twenty minutes. No wait. Also the building is beautiful

went in for a passport. had to wait a while since I didn't schedule an appointment but once it was my turn, I was in and out(already had everything filled out before hand). Clerk was really considerate and even apologized for the wait. really nice too which made the whole experience great even with the wait time.

I haven’t been here recently, but last year would go a few times a week. This is my personal experience - I never had a single issue and the employees were always so helpful and kind.
