“An absolute delight. Spent about an hour here and could have spent two more. There’s just so much to see!! Ugh and everything I saw I loved. 10/10 will be returning whenever I get back in the city.”

4529 Magazine St, New Orleans“My partner and I decided to shop for an engagement ring here, as they came highly recommended for their vintage collection. Kylee was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We found the perfect ring in our budget and they even offer re-sizing. I will be recommending Magpie to everyone I know, and will be back the next time I am looking for jewelry!”
“MUST SEE for anyone looking beyond the tourist traps and especially if looking to support underrepresented voices. A great array of handmade and unique accessories, apparel, cards, and art. Immaculate vibes and great music. Look for the adorably sleepy Chihuahua!”
“We love Merchant House! They always have beautifully curated items, and it's so much fun to talk with all the team members. We did a style consultation with Paul Shaw and he helped us think about how we could move things around in our house to have better flow and create some beautiful "moments" with our existing items. He did so much in just an hour! And he's been amazing with follow up also - answering all my questions. Would highly recommend this team to anyone.”
“Every time I'm in N.O. I stop by and peruse. Wonderful staff, great items, and gems abound. Happy with all my purchases. Must on your shopping excursion list of places to hit up.”
“I have bought multiple pieces of antique taxidermy from OW Home while visiting new orleans - they have always been super friendly and easy to work with. The furniture and taxidermy selection is excellent. Can't miss this place if you are shopping Magazine.”
“Astrid helped me choose my outfit for the upcoming Mardi Gras and gave me very good advice. I felt super comfortable in your shop. She has a nice selection of different clothing and accessories. Her style is enchanting and it was great fun shopping with her. Thank you”
“Excellent chair to sit on while waiting. However, chair is located right in front of a drawer with nice purses, so it can be difficult to have space to sit while people are shopping for the purses”
“Enjoyed shopping on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff is polite and respectful. There is a good selection of name brands and off brand clothing items. I appreciate the access to a small changing station to try on clothes. Surprised by the number of NOLA t-shirts you can find on the racks.”
“Excellent customer service! I purchased a wonderful piece of furniture at a terrific price and had it shipped across several states. They were wonderful to work with and helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond and were kind and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!”
“Lots of things at this place, we went twice and spent about 3 hrs in the store looking at things. Even if you don't purchase anything it's a good place to go.”
“This place was GREAT one of the best thrift/vintage stores without attitude Jeff is amazing he knows his merchandise, don't waste your time at Buffalo Exchange with all their bad attitudes go where people respect you and your trades with a awesome 60's and 70's vibe❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“My boyfriend and I popped in here and were pleasantly surprised at all of the options available for clothing! There were a plethora of wigs and high quality kimonos and costumes. There was also a great selection of men's guyabera and pearl snap western shirts. A little something for everyone packed into one sweet shop.”

3127 Magazine St, New Orleans“This is a cute little vintage shop on Magazine street in New Orleans we found while walking a bit after lunch. We love thrifting and vintage shopping, so of course we had to go in! Inside, we had to drop off our drinks and water bottles at the front counter, which I totally understand since I would hate to accidentally get something on their amazing stuff! Anyway, this store has men and women clothing from different decades! We certainly found a few items we loved! Not only do they sell clothing, but they also sell accessories to include things like shoes, jewelry, belts, hats and so much more! I think if you're in the area, you should check it out!”
“babyyyyy the reviews are a LIE! This is an AMAZING STORE, AMAZING STAFF, and a friendly environment incased in one of the most mesmerizing part of town. Everyone smiles and treats you so respectfully in the store. I have come multiple times and I never had one problem, complaint and/or issue. This store is 10/10 and they handle a vast majority of cliental with the upmost professionalism. They fairly and accurately price clothing and shoes. They are unbiased and operate in equal and fair mindset. Please come here if you need a SMALLER CLOSET❤️❤️ it’ll brighten your day!”
“Fabulous vintage store, full of designer gems, and friendly staff. I tried on, like, half the store, and found the gold dress I wore for my wedding reception here. I love this place!”
