Uptown went the extra mile! I had a piece from France drop-shipped straight to him. He signed for it, restored it, and patiently held on to it until I could coordinate nearby Aguilar's upholstery to pick it up at his shop. Props to both companies for working so well together and being willing to save me a trip.

Great communication, both staff I interacted with were great. One chair we fixed had a persistent issue but they kept at it until it was resolved
