Great location not only for hotel guests but also French Quarter / CBD residents who don’t want to drive or Uber across town.
I returned my Cox modem earlier today and the person who helped me (Jimmy Jr?) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service.
And for everyone complaining about a $5 fee, I say this. I’d much rather pay $5 than $40 in round trip Uber fees to go to the Claiborne store. And FYI, there was no $5 fee to return my Cox equipment as Cox has an account there. Another pleasant surprise!

Note that this store's last pickup time is 4ish and they close entirely for 5 PM during the week. There is also a $5 drop-off fee. This is different than what is posted on the UPS website.
Edit: After countless emails back and forth, the information has still not been updated. Their website is a lie.

I was told this is not a "traditional" UPS store and that I would be charged a $5 drop-off fee for my Amazon returns. Not mentioned on the "traditional" UPS store locator. Based on other reviews this has clearly been their scam, err, policy for a long while. Avoid.

Do better nobody answers the phone even if you call multiple times the system been down from that online situation they claim since it happened but I can’t even get into contact for update so now I have to go to another ups that isn’t as convenient ?

Please note that they close at 5pm, not 7pm as it's shown here. Getting there is very confusing. You have to enter the Astoria Hotel, take the lift and press M to get to the mezzanine floor. Once there, turn right and you will find a small room under the label of the Business centre.

Great place and great staff. Customer service is amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love them all. Highly recommend this place.

This UPS Store is a God send! The other local store I went to closed so I was super happy to find this location inside the Roosevelt Hotel. (Take the elevator to floor M, then go down the hallway to your right and you will see “Business Services” UPS door on your right hand side.
The gentleman that works there is always very friendly and service is the fastest of any other UPS store I’ve been to. I definitely recommend this place!

I went in to ship a small printer, feeling pretty low in spirit. the clerk at the front was so kind. I asked if the location ships (dumb question for sure) and he made me laugh with his reply. Such an amazing personality! Thanks for making my day.

Very efficient process of drop off and courteous staff But it's impossible to find this place without asking. It's on the 2nd level of the hotel at this address and you have to really ask around to figure out where it is since there is no sign. Go up the escalator on the left once you enter t hotel and then walk around till you see a sign for Business services which is where the UPS store is
