This business is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend using them for your company drug test services. We have asked for our invoices for MONTHS in 2022 via phone and email. The owner literally emailed me 7 months of invoices in January 2023 for 100s of drug tests done in 2022. They are purposely floating invoices.

The Staff was rude!! Very unprofessional .I even caught the guy that gave me the test standing with his ear to the door as i came out of the restroom.Clearly an invasion of privacy.

If you have a choice in a pre-employment drug screen, go to TDAL. The facility is clean, comfortable, and professional. The staff are friendly, courteous, informative, and professional, too. They made what could have been an unpleasant experience much nicer! Thanks!

The staff here is horribly rude and unprofessional. They made my entire experience highly uncomfortable. And I’m not confident that my test was even done correctly. Go anywhere else

The lab is on the 20th floor of the New Orleans tower. It's the building which has a Chase ATM outside. Finding from Google maps may be slightly difficult.

These people were really amazing and helpful. I am in a court battle and they literally could not be more helpful and nice. I got another hair test from a different company and it was impossible to get any str8 answer and what little information they have about the testing procedure is incorrect.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional. My experience here was terrible, and while certain staff were friendly (at first) their handling of my routine pre-employment drug test was abysmal.
