Very professional and pleasant to work with. I ordered roofing materials for a replacement job and they had everything I needed on site. They beat the competitive price margin by a long shot, so moving forward this is the only supplier I use now especially since I can have the materials dropped off next day if needed.

Great locally owned business that has always provided excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff capable of handling any rigging equipment. They make wire rope, chain and poly straps and slings on-site as well as test/certify and stock all related hardware. They also carry many industrial supplies at competitive prices.

This place rocks!!! Great customer service. I ordered custom lifting straps from one of their competitors however the competitor failed to have the straps completed on time and I needed them quickly. Trident took my order and in less than 24 hours I had what I needed. They even delivered them to me. Great company. Great service.
