The price was understanding & the person who answered the phone seemed to really care about my situation and offered multiple solutions to what I needed. They made a call to send someone out and got here no more than 15-20mins later. Excellent service from the tow driver also, he helped push my car to get close enough to pull it up & loaded my car with no issues! Amazing customer service. “We drove to New Orleans from South Carolina for a 5-day stay, arriving late Friday afternoon, Nov 24. Upon arrival at our hotel, we unloaded our luggage. We had temporarily parked on the sidewalk because Gravier St. was full of traffic. When we came back to move the car to a parking garage, the car would not start at all. With a car parked on the sidewalk, we knew we had to take some fast action.But without knowledge of the town, we did not know who to call for help. We did not know who we could trust. We found Rudy Smith towing company on the internet; ratings were positive. I called a dispatcher and from that point on, the driver, Timothy, called me to report his progress. At several junctures he wanted to turn around. The traffic was horrendous and he feared that he would not be able to park his truck to set up for the tow. I pleaded with him and encouraged him; he did not give up. He was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He helped me understand what he would do with my car & keys once he got it to Honda. Bottom line is, I trusted a total stranger to tow away my car in an unfamiliar town to a service location I'd never visited. Timothy delivered. Thank you.”
