“We drove to New Orleans from South Carolina for a 5-day stay, arriving late Friday afternoon, Nov 24. Upon arrival at our hotel, we unloaded our luggage. We had temporarily parked on the sidewalk because Gravier St. was full of traffic. When we came back to move the car to a parking garage, the car would not start at all. With a car parked on the sidewalk, we knew we had to take some fast action.But without knowledge of the town, we did not know who to call for help. We did not know who we could trust. We found Rudy Smith towing company on the internet; ratings were positive. I called a dispatcher and from that point on, the driver, Timothy, called me to report his progress. At several junctures he wanted to turn around. The traffic was horrendous and he feared that he would not be able to park his truck to set up for the tow. I pleaded with him and encouraged him; he did not give up. He was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He helped me understand what he would do with my car & keys once he got it to Honda. Bottom line is, I trusted a total stranger to tow away my car in an unfamiliar town to a service location I'd never visited. Timothy delivered. Thank you.”

“I broke down 70 miles from home in the middle of the night with only $300 in my account and the very few towing services I could get on the phone quoted me way over (understandable for a tow that distance but I was still totally stuck). Then come these guys... They come to my aid quickly, check out what's wrong with my car, and tow me all the way to Ocean Springs at 4 am. “Not shocking that this company has so many negative reviews, no one wants a tow and no one that gets towed is going to be happy.
BUT… I called for a tow when my truck broke down. From the office staff to the after hours on call employee to the driver - every person was professional and courteous. They safely got me and my truck out from where I was stuck in a sketchy area and safely back to my home. The driver was nothing short of kind and willing to get my truck up the driveway where I would be able to make the necessary repairs.
So five stars from me, couldn’t be happier. While I hope to not need their service again, I would call them without hesitation if the need ever arises.
Their pricing was extremely competitive vs other tow companies that quoted me. All around great experience.”

“All I can say is WOW!!!
My wife and I had our two left tires blown out after hitting a pothole and after waiting 4 hours for AAA my wife called TJ Towing.
As promised the owner TJ arrived in 5 minutes, loaded our SUV on his wrecker and delivered it to Lexus all within 20 minutes.
TJ was was so helpful and friendly and got it done…I know who we will call next time?”
