"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessionalism I have experienced during my recent phone interactions with your company. On three separate occasions, I was abruptly hung up on despite the initial announcement that calls were being recorded for my protection. This not only left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, but it also raised concerns about the quality of service your company provides. In addition, there was distracting background noise, including music playing and personal phone ringing, which further hindered the effectiveness of our communication. When I attempted to address these issues, I was unfortunately disconnected intentionally. I trust that your company values its customers and strives for professionalism, and I hope for a prompt resolution to these issues to maintain my confidence in your services.""I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful and prejudice towards me as a transgender individual. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and respect for all customers. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and educate their staff on the importance of treating all customers with dignity and fairness. I would strongly advise against visiting this place until these issues are resolved."

5 stars bc I appreciate this place so much. Good people. There is one lady that has been there for a while and she is flat out not nice. She has either let her time on the job desensitize her from the fact that if someone is walking through those doors they are already having a hard time and a pleasant attitude is just as important as the assistance that is being offered OR that is just her personality. If that's the case maybe she shouldn't be up front interacting with people.As black people we should feel safe going to an establishment run by our own. This lady talks to and treats people like they are incompetent and like they are an inconvenience to her day.We all know who I'm talking about.On that note, keep up the great work guys.

Went there for assistance and 1 of their workers told me I was lying and didn't need assistance. I thought thìs was the place to go to for help. I guess appearance determine if you need help or not. I hope that worker doesn't profile anyone else off appearance assuming we don't need help. I also provided her all documents she asked for

I went to them to ask for assistance with an energy bill, they do that. When I tried to keep my account active with energy though they keep changing the account number because someone requested service at a very similar address. It's my neighbor upstairs energy likes to put me as mailing address but service address is correct it's sick of using it's been three times this past year. Maybe there's something Shady going on I don't know it's hard for TCA change the account in which they're putting money into.I think these guys do phenomenal work it's hard to get things to match up when Energy keeps changing the account number and their rates. I'm so grateful to the Community Action exist.
