So, I walked into Tommy Bahama—because obviously, why wouldn't I?—and was immediately hit with a tidal wave of savings. Everything was fifty percent off or more. I found these pair of shorts, originally priced at $110, and ended up paying around sixty bucks at checkout. Can you believe it? It was like a dream come true for my wallet.

The Tommy Bahama Outlet store is well stocked with wonderful, colorful shirts and shorts. The view of the river from this store also adds a lot to the experience for us. We also really appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. These guys were the best we have seen in any outlet store that we have been in.

We have to say that not only did we get incredible deals here, we got the most amazing service. A special shout out to Jasmine who offered to ship our items home for free and sent us a personalized note. That's not to mention that she was so helpful through our shopping experience. We wish the ship didn't get back so early because we wanted to go back and visit her again! If we end up back in New Orleans. We will certainly make sure we visit!

The worst customer service I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Since the sales associates won't do it, I will!! The store is NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES ONLY There is a small sign infront of the register, but you need to move 2 other sign to see it There is a female associate with a great sense of humor, as she found my situation very amusing. That is until I confronted her in an attempt to find out what the funny part was. I was always under the impression Tommy Bahama was a reputable store, thus would have quality employees. It all made sense tho when Jose the manager came out from the back of the store. When you have an ignorant leader who could careless about their customers, you will have ignorant workers who just follow suit. First time I have ever shopped at a Tommy Bahama, no question about it, will also be my last time!!!! Stay far away

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS - ONLY EXCHANGES. THIS IS NOT A REGULAR TOMMY BAHAMA STORE BUT AN OUTLET. THE POLICY IS POSTED ON THE COUNTER OF THE STORE AND BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY I FAILED TO READ IT......LIKE A RAT TRAP- GOTCHA! I suppose this works well with a tourist location near the French Quarter since most of the shoppers will not be returning items; it does not work for the average brand loyal Tommy Bahama customer. The only reason that I gave the store a 2 star and not a 1 star is that the employees are very helpful and kind.

Jennifer at this store was amazing and went above and beyond!! I work in retail and she made me feel like family and took great care of me. Kameron as well was very personable and gave great customer service! I will definitely recommend!

Great clothing which is normally very expensive but the Outlet is at least 40% off. Great staff, Terry was great and even shipped some items that were out of stock, right to my home. It arrived 3 days later, simply awesome!
