Stood in store for 20 minutes awaiting service. Told multiple times we would be next served, on 3 occasions people walked in and were severed instantly. When we questioned on the 3rd occasion why this was happening, we were informed they asked for a particular sales assistant. When asked why that means we got pushed back in line, we were told they asked for "Michael" with a hand waved in our face. Shopped Tiffany & Co around this world, and this was the worst service.

Tiffany's - like every girl wants a diamond, every modern wants to own one piece of Tiffany too, and buying your own gives you such a sense of accomplishment - well, am yet to get that , but, took the second step towards it( the first step being watching Audrey Hepburn's movie ;) )The Canal Place is a high end stores mall at New Orleans. I stumbled upon it when visiting Harrah's casino and Tiffany is right at the entrance. I was dressed right so I thought why not. There were 5 salesperson facing the entrance door and I was just taken aback. Immediately I asked that I was only here to look around and if that was ok. They were like, "sure ma'am please do come in and I shall get you some water- take your time" now THAT was excellent service right there. I still had one girl Ying help me out even though I insisted that I was not there to buy that day. I was admiring their signature necklace and she removed it from under lock and key and gave it to to try. She took me to each of their counters to show me the specialty of the display. She also explained how their diamonds comes with story as from where it comes, when it was made, polished and set by whom into the Tiffany jewelry, and, how you can get the price back at Tiffany if you every want to upgrade it at a future date. She asked what gem do I like to own, and I said blue sapphire in earrings, and she sais she has exactly what I want and showed me the most beautiful earrings, blue sapphire surrounded with diamonds but very classy looking. You should note, the clips to hold the earrings at Tiffany is made special, you cannot just pull it off or loose easily. Well, you are paying a high price and cannot afford that so its a good feature to know. I am not even mentioning the price of any. Period. Will be back. Surely.

Horrible customer service. I went to return a ring I’ve had for less than two weeks and Donna Lazaroe said I would need to pay $50 to return it to have it re-polished. That’s exactly WHY I returned the ring. Because it scratched so quickly upon purchasing. Not to mention Donna Lazaroe sized my ringer wrong and gave me the wrong sized ring. Then due to the poor customer service and management at this location, I returned my earrings and necklace too. The refund for the earrings went through. The refund for the over $500 necklace did not go through. I am now having to spend my day disputing the transaction because I never got a refund for the necklace! Such fun spending over $1,000 at a place and the customer service and management being so poor that I never got a refund they processed. I am a very unhappy customer. NEVER BUYING TIFFANY & CO again due to their poor management, customer service issues and for processing a refund incorrectly so I NEVER got my money back. THIS COMPANY MAKES RETURNS A HASSEL. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION!

Everything!!! I have three silver “Return to Tiffany’s”bracelets. l wear them everyday!! They go through A LOT OF WEAR!! All l can say is these are the best bracelets l have ever owned.
