Victoria was absolutely amazing. If the property didn’t already sell us, she definitely did. Hopefully an apartment is available for our move time because she made us feel like we found our new home. Which says a lot coming from a different state.

Terrible place to live. Been living here for 3 Years and I can’t wait to leave. Their package system sucks I have lost over eight packages and they have done absolutely nothing about it. They just recently got a new locker parcel system after 3 years of living there and yet they still have their packages laid out on the floor scattered everywhere along with other people’s packages, which are so easily accessible that people steal all the time, and yet nothing is said about it. They have no care or empathy for other people’s packages that could be costing more than thousands of dollars to us. It’s nothing and they take no priority in keeping the community safe. There are lots of car break-ins weekly in the parking garages, sometimes their gates don’t even close so basically anyone could have access to the building at any time of the day. I’ve had my apartment infested with bugs to the point where it was almost impossible to live there and they did not offer any help at all. Jaylen at the front said “I can offer you Raid spray” WHAT?! Don’t you think I tried that already… what a smart comment, They said I had to wait for another four days for the exterminator to come, so clearly no priority. Not to mention… trash and RATS EVERYWHERE! The amount of money I’m paying for this trash apartment is ridiculous, you would think they wouldn’t charge this much for such a cruel apartment community. DONT GET SCAMMED GUYS! You will not be a priority here and they’ll make you aware of that.

Shoutout Jaelyn Johnson in the front office for always being extremely helpful. She made the moving in process very easy and smooth. If anyone is looking into moving in I highly recommend you ask for Jaelyn.

I love my apartment! From the prime location to the wonderful amenities, the Saulet has it all. Leah was so wonderful throughout the leasing process, it made everything so much easier to accomplish!
